As a leading university foodservice organization, we seek exceptional people to help us operate our dining facilities and provide the best service to our guests and customers.
We look for motivated, hands-on, service-oriented associates committed to providing outstanding dining experiences for the campus community. Your ability to work and thrive in a team environment - both at the operational and campus level - is an essential ingredient in our recipe for success.
There are two options for students looking for employment with Dining Services, Federal Work Study and Regular Student Employment.
How to Apply:
Go to the dining location you'd like to work for and fill out an application.
Federal Work Study (FWS) is a federally subsidized program through which graduate and undergraduate students earn a FWS award by working with approved employers. To be considered for FWS, students must meet Office of Student Financial Aid criteria.
The amount of funds earned depends on the FWS award. Most students work 12-20 hours a week. FWS students may not work over 20 hours per week while school is in session. A student employee who earns $8.00 an hour and is scheduled for 12 hours a week could earn $1440.00 per semester.
For more information about FWS, please contact the Office of Financial Aid, 301-314-9000.
